As per the latest information Charmme is signed as heroine in Bapu’s latest film. Anil produces it. Suhani (Tooniga girl) was considered as heroine earlier, but she is replaced by Charmme today. Regular shooting will start on 10 July and the entire film will be shot in single schedule. More details later.

It is reliably learnt that “Jendapai Kapiraju” was selected as the title for a film to be directed by Krishnavamsi and produced by noted director Teja with Raviteja as hero. The film would be produced on ‘Chitram Movies’ banner owned by Teja.

The most surprising point to note here is that Teja, himself a director, is producing ‘Jendapai Kapiraju’ with some other director like Krishnavamsi wielding the megaphone.

Telugu Diector Sekhar Kammula has a strategic branding partnership with Cloths major Pantaloon for his latest film Happy Days. All the cloths used for “Happy Days” are from Pantaloon. Sekhar Kammula said that they used over 900 dresses so far from Pantaloons which have come for free of cost. This arrangement itself saved Sekhar around 10 lakhs. The shooting of the film is almost complete. Audio will be launched in 16/17 July and film will be released on 3/9 August.

The First Additional Chief Metropolitan court of Visakhapatnam today ordered the Three Town Police to take up investigation into the petition filed by Pawan Kalyan’s first wife Nandini. The media expecting the court directive reached the judicial premises in the morning, but it got delivered only in the evening. The court sought the report from the police on or before July 26 th. As per this development, the Vizag police are most likely to question the so-called fourteen persons, whose names are framed in the petition. This includes Megastar Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha, brother Nagababu and parents as well. To note here, Nandini yesterday created statewide sensation by filing petitions with the Metropolitan court and Mahila court, alleging illegal second marriage by Pawan Kalyan and demanding Rs. 5 lakh as monthly alimony, respectively. It has been expected that Nandini would speak to the media today, but nothing like that happend.

The Telugu cine industry grapevine is abuzz with speculation that KL Narayana is considering casting Deepika Padukune or Hansika Motwani or Nayanatara for his new movie “Mirchi”, starring Mahesh Babu in the lead and directed by debutant Jasti Hemambaradara Rao (Bulli).

Who will be the lucky one among the three to feature in the film? Well, insiders say that Deepika Padukone might get the green signal.

Telugu actress Aarthi Agarwal has bagged a role in a new film titled “Gorintaku”. She will pair up with Dr. Rajasheakar for the film. Meera Jasmine plays Rajashekar’s sister in the film.

The film is a remake of the Kannada film “Annatangi”. The film is being made on the Mega super good films banner by VR Prathap.
